Singapore Referral Program - Terms and Conditions

Join the program:

Invite your family and friends (each an "Invitee") to create an OKX SG account using your referral code. When your Invitee completes the required tasks within 30 days of signing up:

• You will be eligible to receive the reward mentioned on the Referral page

Note: each referrer can receive referral rewards from a maximum of 10 Invitees per campaign period announced by OKX SG; once this limit is reached, no additional rewards will be available for the referrer.

Join the program:

1. Log in to your account at www.okx.com/en-sg/account/login and go to More > Referral or access the Referral page via OKX SG app.

2. Share your unique invitation link or code with your Invitees for them to register an OKX SG account.

3. Encourage your Invitees to create an account, opt-in and verify their Accredited Investors status, and start trading within the stipulated timeframe.

Note:

• Your Invitees will also be enrolled in our New User Bonus Program.

• Your Invitees must opt-in and pass the Accredited Investor assessment for both you and your Invitee to qualify for the rewards.

• The referral reward you get may vary during each referral promotion period. Log in to your own account and go to the referral page to check out the reward you are eligible for.

Terms and Conditions:

• The program is tailored for users of OKX SG Pte. Ltd. (OKX SG). Both referrers and Invitees have to be under OKX SG to be eligible. However, this program may not be available to all OKX SG users and eligibility is determined at OKX SG's discretion.

• The Invitee must be a verified Accredited Investor to be able to earn the New User Bonus Rewards and for the referrer to earn the Referral Rewards.

• Invitees are only permitted to create one account with OKX SG. Invitees may be disqualified from all eligibility requirements for rewards if OKX SG determines that they have created duplicate accounts, used false information, attempted to inflate trading activity, reused payment methods, or engaged in any other suspicious or dishonest behavior.

• Track your rewards and earnings on Referral > Invited Friends page on the OKX SG app.

• Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate in this program, receive rewards or be invited as Invitees.

• BTC rewards rates can vary depending on users' ongoing experience, trading volume and number of referrals.

• Users are only eligible for the reward if the referred user completes the required tasks in the OKX SG App.

• This activity is not (i) investment advice or an investment recommendation; (ii) an offer or solicitation, buy or sell crypto/digital assets; or (iii) financial, accounting, legal or tax advice. Prices of crypto/digital assets, including stablecoins, can and do fluctuate at any moment. Due to such price fluctuations, you may increase or lose value in your assets at any given moment.

• OKX SG reserves the right to review and control situations involving fraudulent behavior, including but not limited to fake registrations or identity verification.

• Any violation of these terms or the OKX SG Terms of Service at any time may disqualify such customer from this promotion. If disqualified, you agree: 1) to return the value of any Bonuses provided under this promotion; or 2) that we may deduct, offset, or otherwise claw back such value from your account.

• Distribution of rewards may be delayed due to system issues or other special circumstances. Contact our customer support if rewards are not received within 14 days after completion of the trading requirements by your friends.

• OKX SG retains the right to suspend, freeze, and/or seal user accounts and assets within the accounts as per applicable laws and the OKX SG Terms of Service.

• Please note that rewards and their requirements are subject to change based on ongoing experiments and the maximum reward amounts do not guarantee eligibility or entitlement to rewards.

• OKX SG reserves the right to interpret the terms and conditions of this promotion as it sees fit. It reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, exclude any participants from this promotion, and/or cancel this promotion without notice.
