OKX SG Welcome Bonus - Terms & Conditions

After registering with us through designated channels, you will be eligible to receive the New User Bonus available in the Reward Center.

  • Upon verifying your Accredited Investor status and completing the required new user task displayed in the OKX SG Reward Center within 30 days from account registration, you will be eligible for a personalised New User Bonus. Please refer to the OKX SG app for the detailed requirement and reward amount.

  • Eligible trades include those conducted under Simple and Exchange Mode orderbook trade, express buy/sell with SGD, and conversions.

Terms & Conditions:

  • You must complete the required tasks within 30 days from account registration.

  • Rewards will be distributed within 14 days after conditions are met and verified.

  • This program may not be available to all OKX SG users and eligibility is determined at OKX SG's discretion.

  • Track your earned rewards on Reward Center > New User Bonus on our website and app.

  • Please note that rewards value may fluctuate and may not be equal when withdrawn due to market changes. The price of digital assets, including stablecoins, are subject to fluctuation. Due to such price fluctuations, your assets value may increase or decrease at any moment.

  • OKX SG reserves the right to review and control situations involving fraudulent behavior, including but not limited to fake registrations, duplicate accounts or identity verification.

  • Any violation of these terms or the OKX SG Terms of Service at any time may disqualify such customer from this promotion. If disqualified, you agree: 1) to return the value of any New User Bonuses provided under this promotion; or 2) that we may deduct, offset, or otherwise claw back such value from your account.

  • Distribution of rewards may be delayed due to system issues or other special circumstances. Contact our customer support if rewards are not received 14 days after completion of the trading requirements.

  • OKX SG retains the right to suspend, freeze, and/or seal user accounts and assets within the accounts as per applicable laws and OKX's terms of service.

  • OKX SG reserves the right to terminate or modify the program's terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
